Aloha! From now on, I will take over Jerr Ren’s job as the Vice President of Public Relation of the 1st Malaysian Gavel Club. Don’t worry Jer Renn, i will keep this blog alive with my utmost capability and ensure none of your hard work will be wasted.

Our previous meeting was held on the 24th of February. Starting off with our President, Gavelier Chuan Ai Vee’s welcoming address, then a pronunciation session was conducted by Distinguished Toastmaster, Azmi Shahrin.

The pronunciation session was followed by Table Topics Session, conducted by Table Topics Master, Gavelier Lee Wei Herng. It is a session whereby members and guests are given the opportunity to come forward and speak on a given title. Ai Vee then gave some good evaluations to help us correct our mistakes and change for the better. Of course, our strong points were mentioned too. Thanks, Ai Vee!

Ong Chin Leang, the Humour Master did a great job and made everyone burst into laughters with his jokes. Meeting was continued with project speech delivered by Ong Chin Yang. We got to know more about him after listening to his Ice Breaker.

The meeting ended with a prize giving ceremony. Azmi bought Mentos and it went to the best Table Topics Speaker, Gavelier Yap Pei Qi. (ME!) heh.
